Submission of a complete pre-application will hold your place on the GFCLT waiting list. You do not have to be ready to purchase to submit a pre-application, and you are not obligated to any contract or fees until a purchase agreement is signed.

GFCLT notifies all households that have completed a pre-application when homes are available. Purchase agreements are entered into on a "first-ready, first-served" basis, regardless of the date/time pre-application was completed.
