109 Reeves Court Interest Form

This form is specifically for those interested in pursuing a purchase agreement for 109 Reeves Court.

The 109 Reeves Court Full Application round is open as of Wednesday, November 4 and will close once a household has been selected for purchase agreement. Those submitting general interest or not prepared to enter into a purchase agreement with the intent of acquiring 109 Reeves Court within 45 days should complete the Pre-Application form to join the GFCLT mailing list for future opportunities.

Selection Process
Please note that GFCLT selects buyers on a “first-ready, first-served” basis. Readiness is achieved when GFCLT has verified that you are both income and mortgage-eligible for a purchase. For this home, the minimum mortgage amount necessary is $150,000. Additionally, program debt-to-income requirements will need to be met.

In the event that 2 or more households are determined ready within the same approximate timeframe, GFCLT may prioritize selection based on the following factors:

  • Occupancy standards - # of household members compared to # of bedrooms

  • Type and amount of subsidy needed - This factor will vary depending on the type(s) and amount(s) of subsidy available for the specific home available.

  • Prior participation in the GFCLT program – including the date of the household's original GFCLT pre-application and the number of homes for which the household has previously submitted a complete application

Please note: If the currently available home does not work out for you, know that we plan to have at least 3 more homes available in the next 6-9 months, and we'd love to add even more!

Important Note: Demand for affordable homes in Grand Forks is high. While it can be disheartening to apply multiple times without being selected, GFCLT is working to add more homes and serve every qualified buyer as soon as possible. Continued interest helps drive future acquisitions and subsidy requests.
